How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has left the facility.

What is your Returns and Refunds policy?

Please note that since each product is custom-made to order, we do not issue refunds or replacements for reasons of buyer's remorse, including change of mind, change of preference, accidental orders, or ordering the wrong size.  

We only offer refunds or replacements for products which are faulty or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.  Should you receive a wrong or faulty itemplease contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund.

What are your estimated shipping and processing times?

Processing Times

Because our products are printed on demand, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Times

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–8 business days
  • Canada: 3-10 business days
  • UK: 4–8 business days

Which markets do you serve?

We are pleased to currently serve customers based in the US, UK and Canada.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please contact us with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

I got a notification that my item was delivered, but didn’t receive it…

Please double check your tracking number and make sure that the courier isn’t reporting any delivery issues. Make sure you look around your mailbox/porch/mail room -- sometimes packages can be hidden in odd places. If your order hasn’t turned up after a few days, please reach out to us for further assistance.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows them as delivered. If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with the shipping provider.

Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation email?

If a valid email address is entered at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order has been submitted, followed by shipping and tracking information once the order has shipped. If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please reach out to us at blueamericadesigns@gmail.com

How can I tell what size I am?

We provide size charts on most of the product pages.

Can I pay by phone or check?

Sorry but no, we can only process orders via our online checkout.
